A través de una Resolución, el municipio creó el procedimiento administrativo para "poder acreditar en legal forma la ejecución de las remesas correspondientes al Fondo Federal Solidario", y para "la regulación de la información que deben suministrarse a efectos de realizar el pertinente control del destino de los fondos".El presupuesto municipal 2010 –que sufrió un revés en el Deliberante local anticipaba remesas por 2.950.000 pesos. Ese dinero, deberá destinarse a bienes de capital, obras de infraestructura, infraestructura sanitaria y hospitalaria, infraestructura educativa, en viviendas o infraestructura vial.El 30 de diciembre del año pasado, el municipio asignó a esa partida presupuestaria el dinero para la contratación de empresas privadas que debían realizar el mantenimiento de las calles de la Delegación Lago Moreno y Cerro Otto, pero el rechazo del Tribunal de Contralor obligó al Ejecutivo a dar marcha atrás con esa tercerización.Para el control del destino de ese dinero que ingrese por el "Fondo Sojero", las direcciones de Contaduría y de Tesorería deberán remitir un informe mensual al secretario de Economía, "indicando remesas recibidas, saldos disponibles y ejecuciones realizadas; discriminando el mes inmediato anterior y los totales ejecutados".
